Adelaide based visual effects studio, Resin was awarded a 2018 AEAF Gold trophy for the title sequence of the Romper Stomper TV series.
Resin directed and produced the sequence for Roadshow Rough Diamond, produced by John and Dan Edwards. It released on Australian SVOD, Stan earlier this year.

“It is a piece of work Resin is very proud of and to be invited to be involved in the narrative within a title sequence allows you to create work that has more depth to it than just a visual style.” said Lincoln Wogan, Resin’s Founder and EP.
“The sequence taps into the complex themes of the far right activist and anti-fascist groups represented in the series. It sets a sinister tone for the show whilst simultaneously paying respect to the origins of the cult classic Australian film that shot Russel Crowe to fame in the early 90’s. Big thanks to fellow Ausfilm member, Tony Clark from Rising Sun Pictures for connecting us to the producers on the project and for their initial work with the client.”
“What started as a dark little concept around the morphing faces of the new world of Romper, their symbols and the original Romper Stomper theme music, Resin took on the brief with gusto and passion resulting in opening titles we’re all incredibly proud of.” said Dan Edwards, Roadshow Rough Diamond.
Resin is currently in production on the visual effects for the Netflix Original series, Tidelands and Lincoln will be in Los Angeles next month for Ausfilm Week (21-26 October) and looks forward to catching up with the LA film and televisions community during the week.
