Hit comedy series Young Rock has called Queensland home for back-to-back seasons, having proudly filmed Season 1 and 2 in Australia’s Sunshine State.
After a successful first season, Young Rock returned to Australia for round two of production. Season 2 consisted of 11 episodes filmed at Village Roadshow Studios, on the Gold Coast and surrounding South-East Queensland locations, including Mermaid Beach, Metricon Stadium, Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, and various shopping centres, schools, hotels, restaurants and theme parks.
The Gold Coast was appointed the perfect destination to double as Hawaii, Florida and Pennsylvania.
