The eight-episode Netflix series, Pieces of Her will launch globally on 4 March.

The drama series is directed by Minkie Spiro, who also executive produced the series with Charlotte Stoudt and Janice Williams; Bruna Papandrea, Steve Hutensky and Casey Haver for Made Up Stories.

Pieces of Her is the story of a sleepy Georgia town and a random act of violence that sets off an unexpected chain of events for 30-year-old Andy Oliver and her mother Laura.

Pieces of Her stars Toni Collette, Bella Heathcote, Jessica Barden, Jacob Scipio, Joe Dempsie, Aaron Jeffery, Omari Hardwick, Gil Birmingham, David Wenham, Calum Worthy, Nicholas Burton and Terry O’Quinn.

This large-scale international production was filmed in Western Sydney and regional NSW, and was made possible through the Australian Federal Government’s Location Incentives Program with support through Screen NSW’s Made in NSW Fund.  

Alt.vfx is the sole VFX vendor on Pieces of Her, including its shoot supervision
